Everything criss.....that's for sure!!!!! Whether you're over visiting Pearl Harbor or having a mall day at Pearlridge Center, do not miss this Jamaican Food Truck serving up some traditional favorites. Their sweet and tangy seasoning was a perfect match for their thick-cut, tender yet juicy, pork belly. Onions were cooked on the flattop to perfection and let's not forget about the creamy rice and peas(beans). One bite of this dish transported me right back to my days on the beach in Port Antonio, but instead of having the Blue Mountains in the background, I was facing the Ko'olau Ridge. This was a pleasant surprise and a nice flashback!
